This policy explains what information Viet Software LLC("we", "us") collects when you visit getvietsoftware.com or buy our software, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Order information: your email address, name and country as provided at checkout, and details of what you bought.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Support messages: anything you send us by email.
  • License information: your license key and the email it was issued to.

Our software

Our desktop applications run on your computer. The files you organize, the screenshots and recordings you make, and any text extracted from images stay on your device; we do not upload them. Your license key is checked on your computer. From time to time the software may download a public list of revoked license numbers (for example after a refund) from our website; this request does not include your license key, email or any other information about you, other than the technical data any web request carries, such as your IP address.

How we use information

  • To process your order and deliver your license key and download link.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse of license keys.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

This website stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it is still there if you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

We share information only with providers needed to run the business, such as Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider and our website hosting provider. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
