Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If our software is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@getvietsoftware.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order details. Tell us briefly what went wrong so we can improve, but you do not need to justify your request during the 14-day period.

What happens next

• We refund the purchase price to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
• After a refund, the license key is deactivated and you should uninstall the software.

After 14 days

If the software does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, contact us and we will consider a refund case by case.
