These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at getvietsoftware.com and any software sold by Viet Software LLC("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading or using our software, you agree to these terms.

1. License

When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software for its intended purpose. A license key is for use by the person or company that bought it and must not be shared publicly or resold.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software or your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass the license check, except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the software to break the law or to infringe the rights of others, including recording people without any consent required by law where you live.

3. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. After payment is confirmed we send your license key and download link to the email address you provided. See our Refund Policy.

4. Your files

Our software runs on your computer and works on files you choose. Some tools, such as file organizers, move or change files. You are responsible for keeping backups of important data before using them.

5. Updates and support

We may release updates at our discretion. We provide support by email at support@getvietsoftware.com on a reasonable-efforts basis.

6. Intellectual property

The software, its design and this website are owned by Viet Software LLC or its licensors. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

9. Termination

We may terminate a license if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the software at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be waived.
